Ebeveynleri erken koroner kalp hastalığı geçirmiş çocuklarda endotel işlevi ve trombotik sistem değerlendirmesi

Amaç: Bu çal›flman›n amac›; anne ve/veya babas› 55 yafl›n alt›nda koroner arter hastal›¤› (KAH) geçirmifl olan çocuklarda baz› hemostatik ve enflamatuar belirteçlerin düzeylerini araflt›rmak ve bu belirteçlerin KAH’›n geliflme riskini göstermede etkili olup olmad›¤›n› belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu ileriye dönük çal›flma Fakülte Yerel Etik Kurul izniyle ‹stanbul T›p Fakültesi, Çocuk Kardiyolojisi Bilim Dal›’nda yap›lm›flt›r. Ailesinde 55 yafl alt›nda KAH olan 43 sa¤l›kl› çocuk ayn› yafl ve cinsiyetteki sa¤l›kl› kontrollerle efllefltirilerek doku faktörü (DF), serbest ve toplam doku faktörü yolu inhibitörü (DFY‹), fibrinojen, von Willebrand faktör (vWF) ve yüksek duyarl›kl› CRP (hsCRP) düzeyi belirlendi. Verilerin analizi SPSS 10 program› ile student-t ve Mann-Whitney U testleri kullan›larak yap›ld›.
