Asbestozisin YRBT bulguları

Bölgemizde sık görülen asbestozisin akciğer bulgularının yüksek rezolüsyonlu bilgisayarlı tomografi (YRBT) ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlandı. Anamnez, klinik, solunum fonksiyon testleri ve direkt göğüs radyografisi ile asbestozis tanısı konulan 21'i erkek, 7'si kadın toplam 28 olgu toraks YRBT ile incelendi. YRBT'de olguların tamamında plevral kalınlaşma, kalsifikasyon ve plaklar saptanırken, düzensiz ara yüz belirtisi 23, düzensiz interlobüler septal (İLS) kalınlaşma 22, parankimal bandlar 25, subplevral dansiteler 19, buzlu cam görünümü 4, bal peteği görünümü ise 5 olguda saptandı. Asbestozis düşünülen olgularda akciğer parankim tutulumunu gösteren belirtilerin saptanmasında YRBT'nin duyarlı olduğu belirlendi.

HRCT Findings of Asbestosis

We aimed to evaluate the lung findings of asbestosis, which is quite frequent in our region, at high resolution computed tomography (HRCT). 28 patients (7 females, 21 males) who are exposed to enviromental asbestos are examined by HRCT We detected thickening at parietal pleura, calcification and plaques in all cases, interface sign at 23 cases, irregular interlobular septal thickening at 22 cases, paranchymal bands at 25 cases, subpleural dansities at 19 cases, ground glass appearances at 4 cases and honey combing at 5 cases in HRCT.Findings of paranchymal involvement are detected more detailed and sensitive with HRCT.
