Ultrasonografi ile gökkuşağı alabalığı'nın (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum,1792) incelenmesi

Fırat Üniversitesi, Su Ürünleri Fakültesi, Cip Balık Üretim Tesisi'nde bulunan çeşitli yaş gruplarından (2-5) seçilen 1200 adet canlı gökkuşağı alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss) ultrasonografi ile genel bir muayeneden geçirildi. Balıkların anatomik olarak dispozisyonlan, normal anatomisinin dışındaki bulgular ve iç organlardaki anormal büyümeler ultrasonografi ile kontrol edildi. Bu uygulamayla incelenen alabalıkların ultrasonografik olarak sağlıklı olduğu ve özellikle iç organlarda herhangi bir lezyonun bulunmadığı tespit edildi.Bu tekniğin çabuk ve kolay kullanılabilir olması nedeniyle balık hastalıklarının diagnostiğinde çok yararlı olabileceği görüldü.

Examinations of rainbow trout (Oncorhynhus mykiss Walbaum,1792) with using ultrasonography

Different age group between (2-5) of 1200 alive rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) which have been submitted alive in Cip Fish Reproduction Unit of the Aquaculture Faculty of Firat University were examined by ultrasonography. Anatomic disposition offish, results out of normal anatomy and abnormal size of visceral organs were investigated using ultrasonography. All fish examined was found healthy and no lesions were observed in any visceral organs. As a conclusion, we can say that ultrasonography is quick and easy to use and it could be useful for diagnostic of many fish diseases.
