Bazı deniz alglerinin (Phaeophyta, Rhodophyta) antifungal aktiviteleri üzerine bir araştırma

Bu çalışmada, izmir Körfezi'nin Foça ve Karaburun kıyılarından toplanan Phaeophyta ve Rhodophyta'ya ait 9 taksonun (Cystoceira barbata (Good and Woodw.) C.Ag., Cystoceira compressa (Esper) Gerloff et Nizamuddin, Halopteris scoparia (L.) Sauv., Dictyota dichotoma (Huds.) Lam., Dictyopteris membranaceae (Stackh.) Batters, Colpomenia sinuosa (Mert Ex Roth) Derb et Sol. in Castagne, Acanthophora najadiformis (Delile) Papenfuss, Laurencia papillosa (Forssk.)Grev ve Hypnea musciformis (Wulfen) Lam.Jin vitro antifungal aktivitelerinin saptanması için toluen-metanol (1:3) ekstreleri Candida albicans ATCC 10239, Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporium canis, Aspergillus fumigatus Fresenius, Penicillium funiculosum Thom, Trichodenma viride Pers ex Grey, Rhizopus arrhizus Fischer gibi 7 test mikrofungusuna karşı denenmiştir. Sonuç olarak denemeye alınan taksonlar arasında kayda değer bir antifungal aktiviteye rastlanamamıştır.

An investigation on antifungal activities of some marine algae (Phaeophyta, Rhodophytaj.

In this study, 9 taxa, . belonging to Phaeophyta and Rhodophyta (Cystoceira barbata (Good and Woodw.) C.Ag., Cystoceira compressa (Esper) Gerioff et Nizamuddin, Halopteris scoparia (L.) Sauv., Dictyota dichotoma (Huds.) Lam., Dictyopteris membranaceae (Stackh.) Batters, Colpomenia sinuosa (Mert Ex Roth) Derb et Sol. in Castagne, Acanthophora najadiformis (Delile) Papenfuss, Laurencia papillosa (Forssk.)Grev and Hypnea musciformis (Wulfen) Lam.) were collected FROM Foça and Karaburun coasts of bay of Izmir; toluen-methanol (1:3) extracts of these taxa were detected against to 7 test microfungi such as Candida albicans ATCC 10239, Trichophyton rubwm, Microsporium canis, Aspergillus fumigatus Fresenius, Penidllium funiculosum Thorn, Trichoderma viride Pers ex Grey, Rhizopus arrhizus Fischer for their in vitro antifungal activities. As a result of our investigation, no significant activities were found amoung to taxa.
