Bu çalışmada Kıbrıs ağızlarında organ adlarıyla kurulmuş deyimler yapı ve anlam özelliklerinegöre değerlendirilmiş, standart dildeki benzerleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır.Kıbrıs ağızlarına özgü birçok deyim olduğu gibi standart dildekilerle benzer/ ortak, fakat kimideğişikliklere uğrayan deyimler de vardır. Çalışmada bu tür deyimler de değerlendirmeyealınmış ve onlarla ilgili incelemeler yapılmıştır.
