SOSYAL BECERİ EĞİTİCİ EĞİTİM PROGRAMININ ETKİLİLİĞİ

Özet Bu çalışmada, Okul Öncesi Sosyal Beceri Destek Projesi-OSBEP” projesi kapsamında hazırlanan sosyal beceri temelli eğitim programının 12 ilde uygulanmasından önce programı uygulayacak olan öğretmenlere yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen sosyal beceri eğitici eğitim programının etkililiğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla eğitime katılan 133 öğretmenden “OSBEP Eğiticilerin Eğitimi Bilgi Testi” ile sontest ve öntest olarak toplanan veriler analiz edilmiş, ayrıca eğitim veren 12 öğretim elemanın gerçekleştirilen eğitime ilişkin görüşleri alınmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular, eğiticilerin eğitimi programının etkili olduğunu ve öğretmenlerin bu eğitimden planlanan bilişsel ve duyuşsal kazanımları elde ederek ayrıldıklarını göstermiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: sosyal beceri, eğitici eğitim programı THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMAbstractThe purpose of the present study is to investigate the efficiency of social skills trainer education program to be conducted with the teachers who will administer the social skills-based education program within the context of “Pre-school Social Skills Support Program-OSBEP” project in 12 cities of Turkey. The findings of the study show that the education program given to the teachers is effective and the teachers left the program with the planned cognitive and affective gains.
