Yapı üretim süreci ardışık karakterdeki alt üretim süreçlerinden oluşmaktadır. Bu nedenle süreçlerde kullanılan tekniklerin entegrasyonu şarttır.Strüktürel alt sistem üretimine ilişkin teknikler, genel üretim sürecini belirleyen bir nitelik göstermektedir. Bu bağlamda uygulama alanı olarak seçilen; Dikmen Vadisi Konutları, Bilkent 3 ve Koru Siteleri ile Eryaman IV. Etap Konutlarında kullanılan “Tünel Kalıp” strüktürel alt sistemi, diğer alt sistemlerle olan entegrasyonu değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; strüktürel ve bölmeler alt sistemleri, strüktürel, bölmeler, ve teknik donatı alt sistemleri ve strüktürel, bölmeler, teknik donatı ve bitirmeler alt sistemleri arasındaki ilişkiler analiz edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; anket yoluyla elde edilen kullanıcı değerlendirmeleri sentezlenmekte ve yorumlanmaktadır. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise; problemlerin nedenleri belirlenerek çözüm önerileri sunulmaktadır.

Building production process is formed by the supplementary sub production processes. It is needed to integrate the techniques used in the processes. The techniques related with the structural sub system have the property of determining the general production process. In this scope, Dikmen Valley Housings, Bilkent 3, Koru and Eryaman IV. Phase Housing buildings’ which have been selected as research regions- structural sub system; “tunnel mould” integration with other sub systems are evaluated. In the first section of the study; the relations between 1.structural and partitions sub systems, 2.structural, partitions and technical fittings sub systems, 3. structural, partitions, technical fittings and finishing sub systems are analyzed. In the second section; user evaluations obtained by a questionnaire are synthesized and interpreted. In the third and the last section; the reasons of the problems are determined and the solution proposals are presented.
