Şanlıurfa Balıklıgöl Balıklarından Aeromonas Hydrophila İzolasyonu ve Antibiyotik Duyarlılıklarının saptanması

Bu çalışmada, üzerinde deri lezyonu bulunan Balıklıgöl balıklarda Aeromonas hydrophila tespiti yapılıp, antibiyotik duyarlılıkları araştırıldı. Çalışma kapsamında tesadüfî olarak seçilen 20 adet balık incelendi. İncelenen balıklardan alınan svapların yapılan laboratuvar muayenesi sonucunda üreyen kolonilerden Aeromonas hydrophila izole edildi. İzole edilen etkenlerin yapılan antibiyogramı sonucunda, genel olarak sefoperazon/sulbaktam, sefuroksim ve kanamisin/sefaleksine duyarlı bulunurken, kloksasilin, ampisilin, streptomisin, amoksisilin/kalvulanik asit, danofloksasin, ampisilin/sulbaktam, amikain, eritromisin ve oksitetrasikline dirençli olduğu saptandı.

Aeromonas Hydrophila Isolation From Balıklıgöl Fishes, Sanliurfa and Determination of Their Antibiotic Susceptibility

The objectives of this study were to identificate the etiological agent of fishes with skin lesion and determinate antibiotic susceptiblity. For this purpose, twenty fishes were randomly selected. In the laboratory examination; Aeromonas hydrophila was isolated from the swab samples. According to antibiogram resuts; the agents were generally susceptible to cephoperazone/sulbactam, cefuroxime and kanamycine/cephalexine and resistant to cloxacillin, ampicilline, streptomycin, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, danofloxacine, ampicilline/sulbaktam, amicain, eritromycine and oxytetracycline.
