Duodenal divertikül içindeki anjiodisplaziye bağlı varis dışı üst gastrointestinal sistem kanaması: olgu sunumu

Duodenal divertikül rutin endoskopide çoğunlukla gözden kaçmaktadır. Ancak nadiren varis dışı üst gastrointestinal sistem kanamasının nedeni olarak karşımıza çıkabilir. Burada, duodenal divertikül içindeki anjiodisplaziye bağlı varis dışı üst gastrointestinal sistem kanaması izlenen bir olguyu bildirdik. Odak bulunamayan varis dışı üst gastrointestinal sistem kanamasında duodenal divertikülün odak olabileceği mutlaka akılda tutulmalıdır.

Nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding secondary to angiodysplasia within duodenal diverticulum: case report

Duodenal diverticulum is mostly overlooked in routine endoscopy. But it can rarely occur as a cause of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Here, we present a case who developed nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to angiodysplasia located in the duodenal diverticulum. It should be kept in mind that duodenal diverticulum may be as a cause of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown origin.
