Araştırmanın amacı, Uludağ Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Öğretmenliği Bölümü 2. ve 4. sınıfta okumakta olan öğretmen adaylarının sınıf yönetimiyle ilgili ideal öğretmen davranışlarını öncelikli görme konusundaki tercihlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma ikinci sınıfta 77, dördüncü sınıfta 89 kişi olmak üzere toplam 166 öğretmen adayı üzerinde yapılmıştır. Veriler 20 sorudan oluşan bir anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Anket yardımıyla elde edilen veriler Statistica programdan yararlanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada sayısal verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, ki-kare Testi, Mann-Whitney U Testi ve Kruskal Wallis H Testi kullanılmıştır. Grupların görüşleri arasındaki fark .05 anlamlılık düzeyi dikkate alınarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda grupların sınıf yönetimiyle ilgili ideal öğretmen davranışlarını öncelik derecesine göre sıralama konusunda farklı görüşlere sahip olmadıkları saptanmıştır.

The aim of this research is to find out the preferences of the 2nd and 4th year students; educated at Uludag University, Faculty of Education, Elementary Education Department; about their foresights concerning "the ideal teacher behaviours' related to classroom management. This research was actualized with 77 second year and 89 fourth year students out of total 166 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions. The data acquired by the help of questionnaire was analysed in "Statistica Programme".In this study, "Frequency"'Percentage', 'Chi-Square Test', 'Mann -Whitney U Test' and "Kruskal Wallis H Test" were used for the analysis of data. The difference between the opinions of the groups was interpreted by using .05 significance level'. At the end of the research, it was found out that the groups don't have different views about the priorities of the ideal teacher behaviours, related to classroom management, according to priority.
