Today, with its financial support and employment possibilities tourism sector has a big effect on national economy, cultural exchange and social communication. It will be one of the three main service sectors in the world with telecommunication and information in the 21-st century. To satisfy the needs of tourism sector, we are facing new training methods and recruitment programs everyday. It seems tourism education will last its popularity in 2000s.According to World Tourism Organisation (WTO) , the total number of people that are working directly and indirectly in tourism sector is 262 million in the world. In 10 years , 120 million people will be automatically added to this number. At this point it can be said that managing success in tourism sector is related with workers professionalism. This paper aims offering solutions to the main problems of hospitality sector in Antalya Region.
