İntraoperatif trakeal yırtılma (Olgu sunumu)

İntraoperatif trakeal yırtılma, cerrahi veya anestezi uygulamaları sırasında ortaya çıkabilen nadir bir komplikasyondur. Bu olgu sunumuzda, özefagus alt uç kanseri tanısıyla öpere edilen bir hastada gelişen trakeal yırtılma olgusu literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, erken tanı ve tedavinin prognozu olumlu etkilemesine rağmen trakeal yırtıkların olası komplikasyonlan nedeniyle her zaman yaşamsal risk taşıdığını önemle vurgulamak gerektiği kanısına vardık.

Intraoperative tracheal rupture: (Case report)

Intraoperative tracheal rupture is a rare complication that occurs during surgical or anaesthetic procedures. In this case report, we present a patient who developed a tracheal rupture while undergoing surgery for esophageal carcinoma. In conclusion, it should be emphasized that although tracheal rupture prognosis is improved by early diagnosis and treatment, life-threatening risks exist because of potential complications.
